What are we doing to help?
As one of the 4,162 members of the Forest Stewardship Council certified in both Canada and the United States, we established a sustainability system to minimize waste and support environmental sustainability. All uncoated paper stocks are chlorine free and FSC certified (look for the logo on our homepage), which helps lower our carbon footprint. This means you can be confident you are NOT contributing to the destruction of the world's forests! Even better, is that our standard inks are soy-based so that the amount of volatile organic compounds released into the air during the printing process is significantly reduced. Plus, all our print jobs' ink derives from the same four colors of ink, which do not contain heavy-metal pigments.

But we don't stop with just those couple initiatives. Behind-the-scenes, we are doing so much more!

• Aqueous coatings are water-based containing no petroleum oils or harmful solvents
• All paper waste is recycled
• Corrugated shipping cartons are 100% recyclable
• Shipping cartons are packed with 100% recyclable material
• Our plastic substrate is 100% recyclable and produces no toxic gasses when incinerated

Even our corporate office plays a part in our sustainable goals! Recycling containers can be found at every work station, and aluminum/plastic recycling containers are in our common areas of the building.
